The Cult of the Nameless do not have a familiar in the traditional sense. Instead, the very suits that the Nameless members are known to wear a singular entity and considered the familiar. The substance is thought to all be part of some greater hive-mind, a single entity even when separated, which participates in the strange ritual of the cult's doings for reasons unknown. None can say which came first, the cult or The Ichor. New members are inducted by means of a baptism of sorts in The Ichor, which then remains with them anytime they walk the lairs of the Nameless. Some believe the Ichor to somehow sustain itself via suppressing the identities of the individuals or through their motions.
