Summary
New Altar is a township nestled within the Godspine Peaks. The Cult of Quelsh has their headquarters here. Though many know that New Altar exists in the Godspine, how to reach it is less known, providing New Altar some small sense of security.
Services
The occupants are primarily Quelsh cult members or allies. As such, the township tends to be much cleaner and more civil when compared to the City. Most who make it to the township are welcomed in after a brief assessment to ensure they're unlikely to be a threat or disturbance of any kind.
