Those serving as pawns work essentially as the "guards" of the city. In Nodd, this generally means causing more trouble than preventing it.
Pawns utilize several implements regularly such as provokers and agitators to help sow chaos. They may also intentionally mislead, frame, or otherwise harass citizens, but some will occasionally offer genuine help or guidance depending on the individual.
