Spawning Myth

The snodwillow is a tall, stalk-like plant dangles its tendrils forth idly while waiting to sense motion. Upon doing so it whips towards the movement, attempt to ensnare its prey with its tendrils.

Physiology

The plant consists of a large, central stalk that extends up from the ground and then sags back down where it remains suspended. From that portion of the plant a number of smaller tendril-like appendages spill forth, each of which are dextrous and flexible. Each excretes an extremely sticky, corrosive substance that both captures and digests its prey in a rather horrific fashion as its drawn back towards the base of the drunk.

Habitat

Snodwillows are primarily found in swamps and dense, thick forests. Due to their size they are easy to spot and cull before invading far into the city.
