The Minor Council is charged with enforcing the will of the Major Council, and does so with a myriad of rapidly changing ordinances. Comprised of many lesser Courts which each have their own purview, the Minor Council is in control of many of Nodd's public services and bureaucratic necessities. Most of their offices are housed around or within the Council Spire.

​Court of Analysis

Responsible for exploring and documenting the world and its magic.

Court of Architecture

Responsible for anything related to buildings, including housing. Organizes and enacts the Pruning.

Court of Ceremony

Responsible for any Council-organized events and ceremonies.

Court of Discipline

Deals with anything relating to Nodd's legal system.

Court of Induction

A recent offshoot of the Court of Analysis, designed to catalogue outsiders as they arrive in Nodd. Provides an invasive probing and an orientation seminar.

Court of Information

Responsible for all of the Council's bookkeeping. Contains archives of information on all topics. The arcanet originated here before ego bracers became widespread.

Court of Medicine

The Council's hospital.

Court of Resurrection

Responsible for reviving citizens.

Court of Sanitation

Responsible for the disposal of corpses and garbage - at least enough to allow passage through the city streets. Has two major headquarters, one in the Council District and the other in The Omasum.
