Summary
New Altar is a township in the Doldrums visible from the city's gate. The Cult of Quelsh has their headquarters here and, as such, a greater presence than usual than in the city itself.
Services
New Altar can be seen from the gates of the city and reached within a afternoon's walk. Most of the occupants are Quelsh cult members or allies. As such the township tends to be cleaner and more peaceful than Nodd but is the target of frequent attacks and harassment.
