Sucks the moisture out of the target, withering them into a husk. The effects are usually take some amount of time to fully render a target helpless and, eventually, dead but wholly depends on the skill, and intention, of the caster. Others will intentionally slow the spell's effect to gaze on as their victim's body slowly becomes increasingly shriveled and helpless.
