Summary
New Altar is a township nestled at the foot of a mountain visible from the city gates. The Cult of Quelsh has their headquarters here and, as such, a greater presence than usual than in the city itself. Though many know that New Altar is nestled among the Godspine Peaks it is not commonly known precisely where and the peaks are dangerous to traverse, providing New Altar some small sense of security.
