Filo is a corrupted ravel, and his appearance varies to those who perceive him. He usually appears as an enormous avian beast with a mystical palette of teals, purples and blues. It is said he has a third eye, but this isn’t usually open unless he’s cityspeaking, using magic, or during highly emotional states.
