The Conduit is one of the most notable of Quin Aven's creations. It is seated at the top of the Council Spire and is vital in the recycling of spent gloam into a usable form. How willing Quin was in it's creation is unknown - all that is known is that he was taken from his original dwelling for a time by the Council and rewarded for his work with citygodhood. The exact workings of the conduit are also unknown, only that it draws in the haze of spent gloam overnight and that it is of vital importance to the City's continued abundance.
