The Conduit is a device created by Quin Aven of House Omnillian. It sits atop The Council Spire and is known to be crucial to the recollection and recycling of spent gloam back into usable, charged gloam.

How it works is an extremely well guarded secret and is one of the several things Quin himself has never spoken of.
