This spell encloses the caster in a meditative pocket dimension, inaccessible by others unless dispelled, causing them to disappear entirely for the duration. Frequently used for one to avoid distractions but also employed as a punishment to isolate someone for an extended period of time. Due to the size and nature of the dimension it is only large enough for most creatures to sit or stand hunched over at best, and is unnervingly quiet. The sound of one's own voice and breathing is entirely muted within and several mages who use the spell swore it off due to the degree of "profound quiet" that it offers.
