Final death is a term used for when a citizen dies but does not resurrect. Unfortunately there is no definitive way to tell when a death will or won't be final, thus leaving each demise to be as potentially horrifying as the last. There is endless speculation and countless rumors on what determines whether or not one is resurrected and thus the likelihood of suffering final death.
