Tinkers create, customize, repair, and otherwise manipulate artifacts of most all kinds. What constitutes an artifact in Nodd is such a broad category, however, that tinkers vary wildly in their specialties. Talented tinkers can handle just about any artifact but many are specialized in their knowledge. For example, some tinkers focus entirely upon one's home artifacts - those made for heating, lighting, food storage, and so forth. Others might focus on weaponry, vehicles, miscellaneous artifacts (such as the Voyeur's Glass), and so forth.
