A fairly powerful spell which briefly pauses time for all but the caster. Despite being practically quite useful the spell is oft eschewed for more showy spells when dealing with public battle and combat. After all, if time is paused then nobody can perceive the caster's actions for the brief time and, thus, it is much less impressive than others to behold.
