Fires a spray of tacky, glue-like substance that smothers and binds the target. The substance is transparent and dries to a tough but stretchy rubber-like consistency in seconds. The material eventually becomes brittle and ineffective, usually within several hours, but until then is sufficient to restrain creatures without a way to cut free or who are not remarkably strong. Additional applications can easily smother if not downright suffocate targets who cannot free themselves. Sometimes sarcastically referred to as "kaiju cum", due to the sorts of scenes left behind after this spell is used liberally in battle.
