Control collars are collars imbued with one or several spells to help control the wearer, usually Domesticate, Quell, Beguile, or something more specialized. Commence Routine can also be used to force the collared individual to perform whatever task, as per the spell.
In addition, collars are almost never manually locked, but secured with a spell that requires the original caster to unlock.
This spell can also be applied to cock rings, which may be imbued with a variety of punishing or humiliating spells that trigger when the wearer gets an erection or under some other condition.
