Cityspeakers practice the art of Cityspeaking. These individuals have a gift that allows them to sense the will of the City. Some believe anyone can be a speaker if they practice enough and that the City whispers to all its citizens. The Citygods themselves are essentially very powerful cityspeakers, extremely in tune with the City's wishes and whims.
