Vultures are those who scavenge the corpses of citizens for belongings or body parts. They will usually then go on to sell these items. The term vulturewear stems from this practice and it isn't uncommon for especially famous or remarkable corpses to fetch especially high prices. The arrival of outsiders in Nodd spurred an entire revolution in some aspects of Nodd's fashion because of this.
