Summary
The third subterranean district beneath the surface level of the city, smaller still than The Reticulum above. The Court of Sanitation has a large presence here which deals with the city's needs to process sewage and garbage. The Scrapyard is also on this level where most of Nodd's inorganic refuse ends up.
