Summary
The Psilysium district is primarily inhabited by Psilysians and those with an interest in alternate states of consciousness.
Atmosphere
Bars, apothecaries, and hookah lounges are common here - though one hardly has to enter an establishment to become intoxicated. A thick haze of smoke hangs over the district, thick enough in places to give one a buzz, or much more.
