Summary

The Omasum refers to the third subterranean tier, smaller than The Reticulum above. The Court of Sanitation has a significant presence here, due to the presence of the The Scrapyard.

The Omasum is considered a dirty area of the City, even by Nodd's standards. That said, it tends to be a bit less rowdy and violent - and is arguably quieter, with most of the noise being the undulating drone of the machines in the Scrapyard.
