A citygod is an individual who has been corrupted to the point they embody a particular aspect of Nodd, and thus far have always been paired with an opposing aspect. Confined within their luxurious quarters within the Spire, few citizens have ever seen a citygod. Revered and feared in equal measure, only the Unseen Ones deal directly with them in any meaningful capacity.
