Summary
The Halo makes up the central ring of the Crown. It has a large hole in the center which gives the district its name.
Services
The Halo comprises the most extravagant dwellings in the City, outshining even those in the Godroost. These are usually only affordable to Nodd's most famous celebrities. Many guards, patrols, and other, magical protections are employed to maintain the safety and high standards of the district.
Atmosphere
The Halo is one of the most pleasant and safe locations within Nodd that only extremely few non-residents enter. This, in conjunction with the high guard presence creates a quiet in stark contrast to the rest of the City that can be mildly unsettling or even somewhat oppressive.
