The target finds themselves with an insatiable fetish of the caster’s choosing. These desires tend to fade relatively quickly, especially once initially satisfied, but repeat castings can leave the fetish more firmly planted. Similarly some citizens realize after the fact that it was their desire all along.. or so they convince themselves.
