Wembil is an older, seasoned insider who operates lifts in several parts of the city.
Appearance
Wembil is a tall, slender insider whose hide shows his age - he has nicks on his ears and scars on his body showing well his many turns in the city. Most obvious of all, however, is his one eye which seems to be permanently sewn shut - strangely this does not seem to have too heavily affected his oddly pleasant demeanor.
Personality
Wembil is unassuming for a citizen of the city, somewhat flirty, and slightly batty.
Backstory
Wembil is an older insider and mans several lifts throughout the city, particularly those running from the surface level to the subterranean ones. It's not entirely clear if his presence is required or just a formality. His age suggests some degree of cruelty, cleverness, or just plain luck to survive so long in the city.
