Summary
The Court of Resurrection is technically just a part of the Council Spire but is so familiar to many citizens that it is often referred to as a separate entity from the spire.
Services
Whenever a citizen dies they are resurrected within the courts and released back out into the city in a bit of a haze. It usually takes roughly a full sleep for a citizen to be resurrected, although it is not guaranteed. It is thought that the court has some sway over a citizen's likelihood to resurrect or not, but the exact nature of this relationship, if it exists, is unknown.
