Flay Arcanogram

This spell swiftly, and quite agonizingly, removes the target's skin or equivalent outermost layer. In a most gruesome fashion most individuals survive at least a short time afterwords, though most succumb immediately to the shock, horror, or general agony of the removal. Skins removed with the spell are especially well suited to vulturewear, though some macabre mages have simply animated the skins themselves as hovering horrors for various purposes.
