Nocter Trapping Artifact

An artifact designed to ensnare nocters, a nocter net is a ring large enough for a nocter to pass through with glistening threads run through the center in geometric patterns. Placed above a sleeping individual, the arcane threads trap any nocters the sleeper dreams up if the net is large enough to do so. The nocter will remain bound at the caster's whim, to be extinguished or displayed as appropriate. Dreamers with frequent nocter problems may require additional nets.
