Summons circular, interspatial portals. These portals can be attached to a surface as well as affixed to a specific, or relative, position in space. This could just as easily be a portal by one's desk that leads to a garbage bin outside as much as to a nearby mephitoad, wherever it may roam, just as eager for one's detritus.
