Chaotic Candy

Gloam fizzies are small, hard candies with a subtly glowing, green center. Each one is infused with just enough live gloam such that, when consumed, a rather random effect will occur as the gloam is released. This ranges from a pleasant tingle to one's head melting clean off their spine.
As the name implies the candy's outer shell creates a nice fizzing sensation upon touching a wet membrane, sizzling away until the center is reached and released.
