A missive of some manner sent to a citizen one wishes to harm amidst the approaching Pruning, though not limited to cards. Potentially as simple as a hateful message sent to the victim's ego bracer or as complex as a hexed letter which sings it's words aloud amidst graphic illusions of the victim's purported fate.
