Nocter nets are circular artifacts with an open center which is spanned by numerous glowing threads, an arrangement which ultimately creates sacred geometry of varying types. When placed above oneself before sleep it will catch any nocters which manifest from one's dreams in its threads - as such, nets must be large enough to hold a nocter and one net may not be sufficient.

The nocter is magically bound to the netting as long as the caster wishes. They can simply be extinguished or kept bound for the caster's amusement in whatever form it takes.
