Judiciary Tasks

Arbiters serve a range of actual roles but, in essence, serve all the various judiciary needs. Sometimes presiding over matters of law, contract, legal process, execution, and more, they are those who see to the enactment and enforcement of the various, ever-changing laws put forth by the Minor Council.
