Wishing sphincters are tooth-rung orifice seen all over Nodd, particularly throughout the Doldrums. Though insiders originally considered them to be of no particular import outsiders began to give them a special meaning since their arrival. Numerous outsiders were observed speaking to the sphincters and would sometimes even throw an object in.
