Wembil is an older, seasoned insider who operates lifts in several parts of the city.
Appearance
Wembil is a tall, slender insider whose hide shows his age - he has nicks on his ears and scars on his body showing well his many turns in the city. Most obvious of all, however, is his one eye which seems to be permanently sewn shut - strangely this does not seemed to have too heavily affected his subtly pleasant demeanor.
Personality
Wembil is unassuming for a citizen of the city, somewhat flirty, and slightly crazy.
