Unsider

Unsiders are usually insiders who range from distrusting to outright hateful towards outsiders. Some simply refuse to serve or deal with outsiders while others actively hunt down and kill them.

Not every insider who harms an outsider is necessarily considered an unsider, it requires an element of prejudice.
