Temporarily transforms the victim into a feral version of themselves. The caster may choose to include a more animalistic cognition, or keep their target's mind intact for the duration. For citizens who already have a more bestial bodytype, judged by perception of the caster and one's own self image, the mental affects are the only real effect of the spell.
