Summary
The Umbrasia District holds the Umbrasian citadel as well as many shops and vendors who observe macabre rituals and the necessity of death in all life.
Atmosphere
Despite the generally negative connotations of death, and the occasional someone needing a fresh body for some profane ritual or another, the district is deceptively peaceful compared to some of the others. Major events can dramatically change this, however, as many of the district's citizens begin complex rituals to honor the event in question in their own way.
