Summary
The Psilysium district is said to have grown and organized itself by the collective thoughts of the citizens and mages that frequent its steets over the turns. These changes were not seemingly unpredicatble and random, as some believe the Morphoria district to be, but instead the sum of countless unknown intentions molding the very edifices and streets that grew over time.
Atmosphere
The Psilysium district is home to most any sort of mind-affecting substance one could hope to find or indulge in, and as often as not one may not have a choice in the matter if careless.
