Summary
The Court of Sanitation has two separate headquarters, one in the Council District with the other in The Omasum. The court, predictably, deals with all of Nodd's sanitation needs as well as keeping the streets clean of corpses and debris - at least enough to be navigable, that is.
Services
The court's headquarters at the surface level, as part of the Council District, deals with the streets of the city primarily. They would organize clearing of large obstructions, such as a dead kaiju, and handle the logistics of clearing refuse, debris, and corpses from the city's streets enough to keep them mostly usable. The Court of Sanitation in The Omasum deals instead with Nodd's sewage and sanitation needs, assuring that most of the city's filth and refuse makes its way, ultimately, to The Bowels.
