Gloam fizzies are small candies, consisting of a hard outer shell and a green syrup confection within. The syrup inside is mixed with a tiny amount of gloam, giving it a faint glow. The outer shell fizzles pleasantly when in contact with a wet surface, and will sizzle away gradually until the syrup center is reached.

When the gloam-infused center is breached any number of chaotic effects may occur, given gloam's general volatility.
