Summary
The Outside Inn is a small tavern and inn located in Darkling Row, situated between the Materius and Mortus gates. It was established to help welcome in outsiders fresh from the Court of Induction's intensive examination process. The Inn is built primarily around it's central bar. It is owned and operated by a chimera named Drusk Vaurn.

Drusk discourages violence, seeking to offer a safe-ish space for individuals newer to the city. While the Outside Inn does still see the occasional scuffle, such violence is more controlled than in other establishments.
History
The tavern opened it's doors shortly after the influx of outsiders began, and it's location drew in the many tired, horrified fresh arrivals simply due to being just within limping distance of the Court of Induction.
