A pruning card is a missive of some manner sent to a citizen one wishes to harm amidst the approaching Pruning. Not always a literal card, the gesture may be as simple as a hateful message sent to the victim's ego bracer, or as complex as a hexed letter which sings its words aloud amidst graphic illusions of the victim's purported fate.
