While citizens are often able to secure an abode of their own after [[Sporefall]] many still need immediate housing upon arriving in the city; doubly so since [[outsiders]] began to arrive. The Underbelly tends to be much darker given that most of the street level of Nodd is solid, thus forcing the Underbelly tiers to rely on light sources of various kinds.
