Nocter Trapping Artifact

An artifact designed to ensnare nocters, a nocter net is a roughly nocter-sized ring with luminous threads running through the center in geometric patterns. Placed above a sleeping individual, the arcane threads trap any nocters the sleeper dreams up if the net is large enough to do so. The nocter will remain bound at the caster's whim, to be extinguished, tormented, or displayed as appropriate.
